This opulent manor house, built in 1706, was once known as the Perle von Neukölln and now containsa museum dedicated to everyday life during the Wilhelmian period. The museum also hosts temporary exhibitions developed in co-operation with nternational museums as well as concerts in the Kulturstallor outdoors on the Freilichtbühne (open air stage).

The manor house also has farm animals and contains Museum Neukölln, the Musikschule, a restaurant, Buchholz, and a café run by the nearby Estrel hotel, so it provides an ideal place to make an excursion to. The manor house is also somewhere to go for horse-drawn coach rides through theHufeisensiedlung.
